I’m Micaela, and I believe we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and how we relate to the world through unexpected crises, new life experiences, intimate relationships, and personal inquiry. However, those same circumstances can also make us feel like we don’t know anything at all! I’m here to support you in your search for coherence. My approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic with an existential lens, though I also draw from empirically proven, cognitive behavioral methods to help you cope day to day.
