I'm Jack, a person-centered therapist who strives to create a collaborative atmosphere where you are empowered to share your personal experiences, counseling goals, and what you need from me to enhance your healing journey. I help clients reflect and expand their skill sets with empirically based tools derived from CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
